What Safebook is

Safebook helps organisations run occupational safety on their sites: risk assessments, instruction sessions, inspections, incidents, equipment, permits to work and document storage. It works offline and synchronises when the connection returns.

Accounts and organisations

You either register yourself or are invited by an administrator of your organisation.
You are responsible for everything done through your account. Do not share your password.
Your role decides what you can see and change. An administrator can change your role or remove your access.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

Your responsibilities

Enter accurate and complete information — these records are legal documents.
Record a signature only for someone who actually attended the instruction.
Do not upload material you have no right to upload.
Do not try to reach other organisations' data, break into the service, or overload it.

You remain responsible for complying with the law. The app is a tool; it does not replace a safety specialist or legal advice.

Who owns the content

Records and photos your organisation creates stay its property. We hold only the rights the service needs — storing, synchronising and backing them up. The app itself, its code and design, are ours.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but there may be maintenance and faults. The service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant that it satisfies any particular regulatory requirement.

Payment

Organisation subscriptions are agreed separately. Nothing is purchased inside the app.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account from the app at any time. We may restrict access if you break these terms or put the service at risk. Safety records stay with the organisation, because the law requires them to be kept.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or lost data. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes are heard by the courts of Georgia.

Changes

When these terms change we update the date on this page and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
